Frequently Asked Questions
Once you open the WaiterX app, browse nearby restaurants, select your items, and place the order. You’ll get a confirmation, and your food will be ready by the time you arrive.
You can track your order status in the "My Orders" section of the app. You’ll see when the restaurant accepts and starts preparing your order.
Orders once confirmed by the restaurant cannot be cancelled for refund. In rare cases, the restaurant may cancel the order and issue a full refund to you but that is completely on restaurant discretion.
If your payment was successful but the order was later rejected and is not refunded with 7 days of placing the order, please reach out to our support team via the Help section of the app. We’ll promptly assist you with the refund process.
If the restaurant rejects your order or doesn’t respond, the full amount will be refunded to you without any deductions.

Visit waiterx.in and register your restaurant. After onboarding, you can manage orders, update menus, and control availability through the partner dashboard.
Yes, restaurants have full control over their menu. You can update item names, prices, availability, and categories anytime.
Restaurants receive real-time notifications through the app as soon as a new order is placed. To receive order alerts, restaurants must first subscribe to order notifications. Each new order triggers a sound alert and an on-screen popup, ensuring staff can respond promptly.
Yes. Contact our support team via the Help section in the app or email us at support@waiterx.in.
When a customer arrives, they’ll initiate an order pickup request. You’ll receive the order details on your dashboard. Once you verify the customer and approve the request, the order will be marked as delivered.
